02
What types of ABS modules do you repair?
We coordinate the diagnosis and repair of ABS modules for motorcycles, cars and commercial vehicles. We work with BMW Integral ABS, Bosch, ATE, FTE, TRW and other commonly used ABS systems.
03
Do I have to pay the full repair cost in advance?
No. The initial invoice normally covers logistics and diagnostic costs. The repair invoice is issued only after the module has been successfully repaired and tested.
04
What happens if my ABS module cannot be repaired?
If the module cannot be repaired, you will not be charged the full repair price. Only the previously agreed diagnostic and logistics costs may apply. We will contact you before arranging the return.
05
How does the repair process work?
You submit a repair request with information about the vehicle, module and symptoms. We review it, confirm the next steps and arrange shipping. The module is then diagnosed, repaired, tested and returned to you.
06
How long does the repair take?
The total turnaround time depends on the module type, the damage and the selected shipping method. We provide an estimated timeframe before the module is sent.
07
Do I need to send the entire vehicle?
No. In most cases, only the removed ABS module needs to be sent. It must be packed securely to prevent transport damage.
08
Can you arrange shipping in both directions?
Yes. For many European countries, we can organise shipping to the service centre and return delivery after repair. Options and prices depend on the destination country.
09
Can I send the ABS module myself?
Yes. You may arrange your own shipping. Please contact us before sending the module so that we can provide the correct delivery details and reference information.
10
Is the repaired ABS module tested?
Yes. After repair, the module is tested in a professional repair environment to confirm that the repaired functions operate correctly.
11
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes. A warranty is provided for the work performed and the repaired components. It does not cover unrelated faults, external damage, incorrect installation or damage caused by other vehicle problems.
12
Can you repair an ABS module with water or corrosion damage?
In some cases, yes. Water and corrosion can affect several electronic and mechanical components, so the module must first be inspected before repairability can be confirmed.
13
What information should I include in the repair request?
Include the vehicle make, model, year, ABS module number, fault codes and a clear description of the symptoms. Photos of the label and diagnostic screenshots are also helpful.
14
Will the ABS module need coding after repair?
In many cases, the original repaired module can be reinstalled without additional coding because the original vehicle data remains stored. Requirements may vary by vehicle and ABS system.
15
Do you accept repair requests from outside the European Union?
Yes. We accept requests from outside the European Union, but customs documents, import charges or additional courier arrangements may be required and must be agreed before shipping.
